Cooking Instructions - General. ImportantTake care when removing hot liquids from microwave.Do not reheat.; Hob - From Ambient. For best results we recommend the traditional method of cooking on the hob:Add 200ml of milk or water into a pan (adjust quantity to taste). Bring to a gentle simmer. Place 3 heaped tablespoons (40g) of oats into the pan. Continue to simmer for 6-7 min, stirring occasionally, until the milk is absorbed and the oats are soft. For a deliciously indulgent porridge, substitute the milk for cream; Microwave - From Ambient. However, if you would like to cook in the microwave we recommend the following method:Place 3 heaped tablespoons (40g) of oats into a large microwaveable bowl. Add 200ml of milk or water and stir well. Adjust quantity to taste. Cook on 650W (typically medium or medium high, please refer to your user manual) for 6 min, stirring every 2 min. Follow with a further 30 sec. Allow to stand for 1-2 min. Guide for one portion only. For a deliciously indulgent porridge, substitute the milk for cream
