Preparation and Usage
"Buttermilk PancakesYou'll need:- 1 large egg- 3/4 cup milk or buttermilk- 1 cup Stonewall Kitchen Buttermilk Pancake & Waffle Mix- 1 tbsp unsalted butter, meltedMethod:1. Whisk the egg and milk together. Add the dry mix and blend until smooth. Stir in the melted butter and combine thoroughly.2. Lightly grease a non-stick frying pan. Over a medium heat, pour in 1/4 cupful of the mix for each pancake.3. When the edges appear set and bubbles begin to pop on the surface, flip the pancake and cook for a further 1-2 minutes.4. Remove from the heat and serve warm.Buttermilk WafflesYou'll need:- 1 large egg- 3/4 cup milk or buttermilk- 1 cup Stonewall Kitchen Buttermilk Pancake & Waffle Mix- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, meltedMethod:1. Heat a waffle maker according to the manufacturer's instructions.2. Whisk the egg and milk together. Add the dry mix and blend well. Stir in the melted butter and combine thoroughly.3. Spray the waffle maker with oil or cooking spray and pour on the batter.4. Cook until golden brown. Remove and serve warm."
